CoinFlip, a cryptocurrency ATM provider based in Illinois announced its partnership with Dash (DASH) and added that it will be offering the digital coin on its ATM network in the US, according to a statement made by Dash on Monday.
The announcement did not state the exact date when crypto users will be able to make Dash trades using CoinFlip.
CoinFlip’s support for Dash on its terminals will allow customers to make transactions with the coin at 175 ATMs in the US and just over 418 machines located in various parts of the world. According to information from CoinFlip’s website, its network is currently spread to over 70 locations in the US, most of which provide buy-only cryptocurrency options, with just several of them offering the sell option as well.
CoinFlip’s ATMs currently offer Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tron (TRX) and OmiseGo (OMG) transactions, and decided to add Dash due to being one of the notable crypto coins in terms of market cap its use in payments and e-commerce, explained Daniel Polotsky, CEO of the ATM provider. As a result, CoinFlip aims to further drive the expansion to a global level, he said.
In addition to the new partnership, the two companies also announced they will be holding a lottery which will give away one $1,000 and ten $100 cash prizes during the course of three months. Everyone who signs up and uses a CoinFlip account will be considered a participant in the lottery, where each transaction on a CoinFlip ATM is considered an additional entry.
Transaction fees on Dash purchases will not be charged for a limited period.
