The company has been solidifying its exchange, with a noteworthy involvement from the trade.io community via its Trade Token (TIO) holders. The tokens were distributed last year in a January token sale in which more than 31 million USD was raised.
Since its BETA launch in June, the exchange has undergone a lot of stress testing from the community’s, and have actively been involved in developing the platform’s specifications.
Currently, the exchange platform is accessible to 1,000 pre-selected users, with other release groups remaining to be revealed in the near future. Those that want to register will have to join a waiting list to start trading operations on a first-come, first served basis.
While only cryptocurrency tools will be first presented, with forex, assets and other commodities being planned for later releases. This way, traders of all experience levels can access multiple services. Furthermore, soon after its launch trade.io will also be offering leveraged crypto products as well as fiat to crypto options.
Regarding the official launch Jim Preissler, trade.io’s CEO said the following:

After its ICO was finalized, trade.io also offered its TIO holders a series of airdrops involving altcoins from other promising ICOs. This promotional move will certainly attract the interest of even more crypto enthusiasts and draw a larger crowd to the platform.
