TRON has started a bounty hunt program in which it will be offering 6,666 TRX tokens to those that will be able to unlock private keys from an image posted on their Medium blog.
Justin Sun, the Tron founder tweeted on Friday, revealing that:
“#TRON Private Key Bounty Hunting , deciper the private key to get 6666 #TRX. $TRX ?️ https://medium.com/@Tronfoundation/tron-private-key-bounty-hunting-6-666-trx-awaiting-50cb9a7b50ca …”
From the current market valuation of the TRX tokens, 6,666 of them would amount to a total of $140. The TRON Foundation gave further details regarding the bounty program in a Medium post, which read:
“Rules:
Based on the picture below, complete the correct private key. The first one to get it right will receive 6,666 TRX in the wallet.
Wallet Address: TQE8ymfa8Br3dzfy7REPHmMiWSzFbyySJM.”
The program was announced to end at 12 pm on August 28, and the TRX which will remain unlocked will be allocated to the next bounty hunt. The company also plans on holding a live stream on August 30 at 10:30, where participants can win 58,888 TRX tokens, which is around $1,200.
When it comes to new developments, the Kryptono Exchange has announced that it will be supporting the TRX token om its platform. Sun made a tweet regarding the listing:
“#TRX is available on @KryptonoEx, a world-class Cross-blockchain crypto Exchange platform with Peer-to-peer fiat conversion feature, you can trade TRX/BTC, TRX/ETH now. #TRON $TRX”
Alternatively, Kryptono Exchange made the following tweet:

When its mainnet went live, Tron offered a $100k bounty for those that discovered bugs or loopholes in the network. The sum was later increased to $10 million, which was not the total bug bounty prize but what TRON would have paid for each finding.
Considering its past prize sums, this recent bounty is quite small, but it will certainly attract some crypto enthusiasts or TRX supporters to participate in the event.
