bitFlyer Crypto Exchange Adds New Altcoins on Their Buy/Sell Platform

Crypto exchange

Cryptocurrency exchange bitFlyer announced today that it’s adding support for new altcoins on their buy/sell platform. The new service will be available for the European and U.S. customers.

According to the report, the inclusion will enable buy/sell customers in Europe to purchase or sell different altcoins, such as Ethereum Classic (ETC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Monacoin (MONA), and Lisk (LSK). Customers will use the regulated bitFlyer platform to execute their orders. But the U.S. customers will have access to only BCH, ETC, and LTC.

Crypto Exchange Expanding Buy/Sell Offers

Praising the move by the crypto exchange, bitFlyer Europe co-head and COO Andy Bryant said that adding new altcoins would expand the exchange’s buy/sell offer significantly.

bitFlyer previously offered cryptocurrencies – Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), which control over 76 percent of the overall crypto market estimation. By including the new altcoins on the platform, the crypto exchange will cover more than 80 percent of the crypto market. These altcoins were previously only available to Japan-based customers.

“By leveraging our experience in Japan, we can offer our European and US customers the same level of speed, simplicity and transparency as we already do for those trading Bitcoin and Ethereum,” – Bryant said.

According to the announcement, both Lisk and Monacoin are not yet widely available in Europe, which is why including them on the platform would promote adoption.

bitFlyer Progress

bitFlyer launched in November 2017 in the U.S., just before the historic bull run that saw Bitcoin price hit $20,000 towards the end of the year. The crypto exchange conquered the European market in January 2018. bitFlyer enjoys smooth and active operations in the U.S., Japan, and Europe where it’s licensed.

Besides, bitFlyer is among ten cryptocurrency exchanges that deliver genuine trading volumes without engaging in any wash trading activities to attract many users. Importantly, it collaborates with global regulators to remain compliant with the regulations governing the crypto space.
